When a timer or active alert is running, the Service processes live location information so trusted contacts can receive location-aware updates and map links. If you delete your account, we process deletion in accordance with our deletion workflows. Profile data and trusted-contact data are removed, and authentication tokens are revoked.
Some residual information may remain temporarily in logs, backups, or preservation copies for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or disaster-recovery purposes, but not longer than permitted by applicable law or operational necessity.
We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and operational safeguards intended to protect the Service and the information processed through it.
We also apply encryption controls at rest for trusted-contact channel data and secure credential handling for account authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
AlertMe Livemay use public and third-party datasets to match a user's location to nearby law-enforcement offices, hospitals, legal-aid organizations, and support resources. These resources are informational only.
Public datasets may be out of date, incomplete, geographically imperfect, or operationally inaccurate. Users should not rely on these data for immediate life-safety decisions.
AlertMe Live is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally sufficient authorization where required. If you believe a child has provided information in violation of applicable law, contact us and we will review and take appropriate action.
